The Human Resources Specialist will drive recruitment and onboarding activities and support the HR department to ensure smooth and efficient business operations. The Human Resources Specialist will have administrative and strategic responsibilities and help with functions like staffing, training and development, and HR administration.Academic and Trade QualificationsBachelor's degree in HR or related field required. Experience and/or other training/certification may be substituted for education.
