Human Resources Summer Associate Internship

We're excited to begin the recruitment process for our Human Resources Summer Associate Internship! This is a 10-week, paid internship. During your internship, you'll have the opportunity to learn about employee relations and talent acquisition. You'll receive mentorship, enhance your skills with hands-on real-world experience, and most importantly, work on HR projects that make an impact on patient care while gaining knowledge on how we provide Life Changing Medicine. Oh, and you'll have a little bit of fun too!

This position is primarily located at UPMC Jameson. There may be occasional travel to our UPMC Horizon hospital locations. Apply online today for a chance to spend your summer with us!

Recruitment Timeline Expectations

• September through October 18th: Accepting applications
• Early October through Early November: Video interviews conducted
• Mid November through Early December: Formal interviews conducted
• Mid December: Offers extended
• Timeline is subject to change.
• Current Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, is preferred
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred
• Preference will be given to candidates who have demonstrated leadership ability through their studies, employment, or extracurricular activities
• Availability to participate in the Summer Associates Program full-time from June to August 2027 for approximately 10 weeks with minimal absence
