Human Resources Supervisor 
Danville Services | Full-Time | Exempt 

Danville is seeking an experienced Human Resources Supervisor to support our Wasatch Mountain Region operations. This leadership role is accountable for overseeing the region's recruiting, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, leave management, workers' compensation, and staff development initiatives from our Lehi office. 

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting employees while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company standards. This position works closely with regional and corporate leadership to build a positive workplace culture and ensure operational excellence. 

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of three years of experience in HR, recruiting, payroll, or related field 
  • Strong knowledge of employment practices and employee relations 
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills 
  • Experience with HRIS/payroll systems and Microsoft 365 
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the region 
  • Ability to meet background requirements as required by DHHS-Division of Licensing and Background Checks
