We are currently seeking a dynamic and seasoned Human Resources Support Coordinator to join our thriving manufacturing team. This is a permanent, full-time role that offers an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal part in our company's growth and development. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR, with specific experience in exit interviews, interviewing, onboarding, recruiting, employee relations, and talent acquisition.

Responsibilities:
As a Human Resources Support Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Overseeing the entire recruitment process, from drafting job descriptions and posting job ads to screening applicants and conducting interviews.
2. Managing the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company and fostering a positive initial experience.
3. Facilitating the exit interview process, collecting and analyzing data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and strategies for retention.
4. Fostering strong employee relations, acting as a point of contact for staff concerns, and implementing strategies to maintain a positive working environment.
5. Leading talent acquisition initiatives, developing strategies to attract top-tier talent and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
6. Providing support and guidance to management on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
7. Coordinating HR projects such as meetings, training, surveys, and community outreach events.
8. Assisting in the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the overall business goals.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
2. Proven experience in exit interviews, interviewing, onboarding, recruiting, employee relations, and talent acquisition.
3. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels.
4. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
5. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
7. A professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred but not required.
