Role:
Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department.
Supports the SeaComm applicant and onboarding processes through various job responsibilities. Provides excellent member service in all support responsibilities both internal and external.
Responsibilities:
Knowledge & Skills:
Experience: One year to three years of similar or related experience.
Education: (1) A two-year college degree, or (2) completion of a specialized course of study at a business school or trade school.
Interpersonal Skills: Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.
Other Skills: Must have strong organizational skills, be detail oriented, able to work independently and have excellent multi-tasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Position Type: Full Time
Hours: 40 hours per week
Pay Range: $19.54 - $22.54 per hour. Position also eligible for quarterly incentives and annual bonus.
Actual starting salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
