Detailed Position Responsibilities
• Contact federal, state, territory and local tax agencies to research and resolve outstanding tax notices
• Register for new tax accounts or close existing tax accounts when needed
• Complete Power of attorney (POA) documents
• Ensure timely resolution of notices while keeping tax notice tracking log updated
• Download tax returns, then save to the share drive
• Download ADP reports, then save to the share drive
• Other duties as assigned

Experience Required
• BA/BS Degree is required
• Proven work experience in 1000+ employee, US multi-state, multi-FEIN payroll tax administration
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, multi-task and prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Skills in MS Excel to include V-Lookup and Pivot Tables
• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience using office equipment including copier, scanner and computer
