Team Relations Specialist
Direct Hire in Ellabell, GA - Onsite 
Monday – Friday 8am-5pm  $65-$70K 
Manpower is hiring a Team Relations Specialist for a direct hire opportunity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role supports employee relations, investigations, and engagement initiatives while partnering with leadership to maintain a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
•    Handle employee relations issues (attendance, conduct, performance, etc 
•    Conduct workplace investigations and recommend actions  
•    Support employee engagement initiatives and surveys
•    Advise managers on discipline, conflict resolution, and HR best practices
•    Ensure compliance with employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC) 
Qualifications
•    2–7 years of HR or employee relations experience 
•    Strong communication, investigation, and problem-solving skills
•    Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism
