Human Resources/Trainer

Summary:

• Schedule: 20-25 hours per week
• Work Mode: Onsite

Responsibilities:

• Provide didactic instruction within the 18-month program.
• Teach assigned didactic courses to build the cognitive foundation for students.
• Design and deliver course content aligned with JRCERT Standards and ARRT content specifications.
• Evaluate student learning using objective, equitable, and documented criteria.
• Contribute to curriculum currency, outcomes assessment, and continuous-quality-improvement efforts.
• Support the program mission of shaping clinically competent radiographers.

Requirements:

• Comprehensive knowledge of radiographic science content.
• Knowledge of JRCERT Standards and ARRT content specifications.
• Understanding of adult-learning theory, instructional design, competency-based education, and assessment design.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to advise and support students and address academic difficulties early.
• Proficiency with standard office software, learning-management systems, and educational technology platforms.
• Associate's degree in radiologic technology or a related field (or equivalent experience/training).
• Current, unrestricted ARRT certification and registration in Radiography — R(R).
• Current California Radiologic Technologist (CRT) / state radiologic technology license.

Preferred Skills:

• Skill in developing course materials and delivering engaging instruction.
• Ability to analyze course outcomes data and translate findings into instructional improvements.
