Job Summary:
Under the general direction of the Behavioral Health Division Manager, provides comprehensive, person-centered, trauma-informed behavioral health services to individuals experiencing mental health and/or substance use concerns. Conducts biopsychosocial and substance use assessments, develops collaborative treatment plans, provides evidence-based psychotherapy, coordinates care with interdisciplinary providers, and connects individuals with community resources that support recovery, wellness, and improved quality of life.
