Job Summary:Provides transportation for the Aging Unit, as well as delivers meals to the homebound. This is a part-time position, working on an as needed basis.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Deliver home delivered meals to the homebound elderly. Check on well-being of participants being served home delivered meals.- Report to supervisor on the condition of the homebound participant. Submit necessary written reports.- Attend various trainings. Perform other related work as required or assigned. Work Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.-Required to have a reliable vehicle and have a good driving record.- Requires knowledge of the county roads and streets.- Requires a valid Wisconsin Driver's License and adequate insurance as required by County Policy. Adequate auto liability insurance to satisfy current county requirements.
