Position classification
Hybrid -- Job duties and expectations allow for onsite and remote work scheduled every week. Employees in this classification are regularly scheduled onsite one (1) to four (4) days per week based on the County needs and as determined by Department Director. Hybrid classified roles can be onsite more than the set minimum based on employee preference.

Prioritizes deep expertise in state and federal human services funding streams, including how funds must be structured, allocated, and deployed to implement programs in full compliance with statutory, regulatory, and fiscal requirements. Requires the ability to proactively analyze funding changes, model their operational and service-delivery impacts, and forecast the programmatic, staffing, and system modifications necessary to ensure continuity, access, and accountability.

Do you possess a bachelors degree or higher in Public Administration, Public Policy, Finance, Economics, Social Work, or a related field?

Do you possess a minimum of four (4) years of progressively responsible experience in human services program analysis, fiscal analysis, budgeting, or performance management, preferably within a public sector or nonprofit environment?
