HVA Service Technician

About the Role: We're looking for an experienced HVAC Technician who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a team that actually enjoys working together. What You'll Do:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems (split systems, RTUs, refrigeration, etc.)
• Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480V, 3-phase, using wiring diagrams
• Diagnose and service natural gas and propane systems
• Handle emergency calls with professionalism and efficiency
• Identify potential maintenance issues before they become major problems
• Follow work orders, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with team and customers
• Follow OSHA and company safety protocols
• Collaborate with a supportive and knowledgeable team

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 5 years of HVAC experience (commercial and/or residential)
• EPA Certification (Required)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Basic computer skills and comfort using dispatch/job management tools
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and climb ladders up to 24 feet
• Willing to participate in an on-call rotation
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
