HVAC and Pipefitting Project Manager

Dynacoil, Inc. is a custom stainless steel manufacturing company providing products and services to pharmaceutical, medical and industrial customers. We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee HVAC and piping projects from inception to completion.  This role ensures projects are delivered on time, withing budget, and in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards, while managing field teams, subcontractors, and client relationships.  This position will enjoy best in industry benefits and wages including 100% of health insurance premium paid by company for employee and dependents, 401(k) plan with a generous company match, a friendly, family-oriented environment and much more.  This is a long-term position with tremendous wage and career growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Manager all phases of HVAC and pipefitting projects, including design coordination, procurement, installation, and commissioning

·         Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans

·         Coordinate with engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, clients, and internal manufacturing team

·         Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulation, and company standards

·         Review blueprints, specifications, and project documents for accuracy and feasibility

·         Track project progress, identify and resolve project issues, delays, or cost overruns

·         Manage material procurement and vendor relationships

·         Source projects and support estimating and bidding process

Required Qualifications:

·         5 plus years of experience in HVAC or mechanical piping systems (pipefitting preferred)

·         2+ years of project management or supervisory experience

·         Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, piping layouts, and construction processes

·         Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings

·         Solid understanding of OSHA safety standards

·         Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

·         Experience with commercial or industrial HVAC

·         Strong proficiency in using Microsoft Office and ERP software

Schedule: Full-time Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
