We're looking for an In-Home Sales Consultant specializing in plumbing and HVAC to join our team. In this role, you'll meet with homeowners, evaluate their comfort needs, and recommend tailored HVAC and plumbing solutions. This is a consultative sales position focused on providing a professional, no-pressure experience that drives customer satisfaction and strong closing results.

Main Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home consultations with pre-qualified residential customers
- Evaluate existing HVAC and plumbing needs and equipment
- Present system replacement options, pricing, and financing clearly and professionally
- Build trust and rapport while guiding customers to the best solution for their home
- Close sales in the home and meet or exceed performance goals
- Maintain accurate documentation using company systems
- Work closely with installation and service teams to ensure smooth project execution

Pay Range: Base + commission. Target yearly income minimum of $100,000+
Required Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Prior in-home sales experience in the HVAC or plumbing industry with a proven track record of success
- Computer proficiency
- Experience working with Service Titan software is a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Professional, customer-focused demeanor
- Ability to work independently and manage appointments effectively
- Ability to access residential basements, attics, crawl spaces, climb ladders, and lift up to 25 lbs
