This position is responsible to perform maintenance for our commercial HVAC customers and performing installs, repairs and maintenance
to a variety of equipment and plumbing systems. Utilize our technology and customer service to provide a great experience to our customer.
Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (include but are not limited to)
• Fully understands how to install and adjust belts.
• Fully understands how to install all types of filters.
• Fully understands how to properly clean condenser coils.
• Fully understands how to perform DST inspection.
• Performs skilled and semi-skilled plumbing work in the maintenance and repair of plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures.
• Obtains needed supplies and equipment to complete assigned tasks.
• Inspects boilers and plumbing systems in facilities
Performs a variety of repair or replacement functions related to plumbing, minor electrical work related to water heaters,
wiring of pumps and motors, etc.
• Repairs and replaces broken water and sewer lines
• Clears sewer and drain lines, commodes, etc.
• Maintains, trouble-shoots and repairs boiler systems
• Directs and assists in the installation of boiler systems
• Performs maintenance and installation functions associated with all water system equipment
• Measures, cuts, threads, and assists in the installation of pipes and tubing
• Repairs and replaces hot water tanks, circulating pumps, etc.
• Repairs and replaces valves and other plumbing components
• Operates backhoe, trencher, and other equipment as needed
• Responds to after hour emergencies as requested
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
Education and Experience:
• 1-2 years of Facility Service Maintenance Technician Level I experience; 3 years commercial plumbing
• Must have an EPA Universal Certification
• Plumbing Apprenticeship certification, and at least six (6) months of trade-related work experience
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED certificate.

Individuals may be exposed to: cramped work spaces, contaminants, extremely bright or inadequate lighting conditions, exposure to sounds and noise levels that are distracting or uncomfortable.
Performing this job requires frequent use of hands to handle, control or feel objects, tools or controls. Must be able to sit, talk, hear, and
stand frequently throughout the day. Must be able to climb, reach above shoulder height, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl frequently. The
position occasionally may require lifting heavy objects (up to 75 pounds) and performing strenuous physical labor under adverse field
conditions.
Individuals may occasionally be exposed to hazardous conditions, high places and /or hazardous equipment. May work with or around
chemicals that require knowledge of a safety data sheet.
