HVAC Apprentice (Brazing)

Phoenix, AZ | $22-24/hr | Full-Time | Weekly Pay

We’re hiring an HVAC Apprentice / Junior HVAC Installer with at least 2 years of hands-on HVAC experience.

This is not a zero-experience position. We’re looking for someone who already understands the basics, can work with their hands, and has experience brazing copper/HVAC lines.

What You’ll Do

• Prep AC equipment and materials for upcoming installations

• Braze copper and refrigerant lines using proper techniques

• Assist experienced technicians with HVAC installations, maintenance, and repairs

• Assemble equipment and perform basic quality checks

• Load and transport tools, equipment, and materials

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow jobsite and shop safety procedures

Required

• 2+ years of hands-on HVAC experience

• Hands-on brazing experience (CONFIDENT)

• Comfortable working with copper tubing and HVAC equipment

• Own basic HVAC tools

• Reliable transportation and strong attendance

• Able to perform physical, hands-on work

• Willing to learn and take direction

Preferred

• HVAC installation experience

• Experience working with condensers, air handlers, line sets, or residential HVAC systems

• Valid driver’s license

What You Get

• $24/hr

• Full-time 8AM-5PM, M-F
