No previous HVAC experience? No problem! We provide paid training and will invest in developing your skills from the ground up.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting pay $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (occasional overtime)

What You''ll Do:

• Assist with installing residential heating and air conditioning systems
• Learn to perform change-outs, ductwork modifications, and equipment upgrades
• Help unload and stage equipment and materials
• Cut, drill, insulate, and build platforms as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Deliver a positive customer experience on every job

Requirements:

• Valid driver''s license and insurable driving record
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
• Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training
• Basic math and science aptitude
• Comfortable working at heights and in tight spaces
• Good mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic
• Clean appearance and professional attitude
