The HVAC Apprentice is an entry-level role responsible for assisting experienced HVAC Technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This position provides hands-on training and development opportunities while supporting safe and efficient facility operations.
Pay: $28.00/hour.

EPA 608 Certification
High school diploma or GED required
Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Ability to use basic hand and power tools

Assist HVAC Technicians with preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs of HVAC systems
Learn to troubleshoot system issues including air handlers, condensers, compressors, and ventilation units
Help install HVAC equipment, ductwork, and system components
Perform basic maintenance tasks such as changing filters, cleaning coils, and replacing belts
Support system testing and performance checks
Maintain clean and organized work areas, tools, and equipment
Follow all safety guidelines, OSHA regulations, and company procedures
Accurately document work performed through work order systems
Participate in on-the-job training and development programs
Assist with emergency service calls as needed
