What You’ll Do
As an Apprentice, you’ll work alongside experienced Lead Technicians to learn the HVAC trade hands-on.
- Assist with installing HVAC systems and ductwork
- Assist with Service Repairs, compressor & coil replacements
- Help with equipment setup, material handling, and job prep
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Learn proper techniques and safety standards
- Support lead Technicians to complete jobs on time and done right the first time
- Deliver a positive, professional experience to customers

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver’s license (or ability to get one soon)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
