Pay: $16.00–$22.00/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Position OverviewPeople Source OKC is hiring
2 HVAC Apprentices for an HVAC company in Oklahoma City. This is a great opportunity for candidates who want to build a career in the HVAC trade and receive hands-on training while working alongside experienced professionals.Previous HVAC experience is not required. Candidates can be new to the trade, and you
do not need to already have an apprentice license. The company is willing to work with the selected candidates to obtain their apprentice license.You also do not necessarily need to have your own tools to get started. A company tool program is available to help new apprentices obtain the tools needed for the job.
Job Responsibilities- Assist experienced HVAC technicians and journeymen on jobsites
- Learn HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair procedures
- Assist with installing HVAC equipment and related components
- Learn to safely use HVAC hand and power tools
- Carry, organize, and prepare materials and equipment
- Assist with jobsite setup and cleanup
- Follow instructions from journeymen, supervisors, and project leads
- Follow all company and jobsite safety procedures
- Develop HVAC skills through hands-on training and experience
Requirements- Previous HVAC experience is not required
- HVAC Apprentice License is not required to apply
- Company will work with selected candidates to obtain their apprentice license
- Candidates who are new to the HVAC trade are encouraged to apply
- Must be interested in learning and developing a career in HVAC
- Must be dependable and maintain good attendance
- Must be able to report to the company shop by 6:00 AM
- Ability to follow directions and learn from experienced HVAC professionals
- Comfortable performing physical work indoors and outdoors
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Personal tools are not required to be considered
Tool Program- Company tool program available
- Tool belt and required tools can be provided
- Employees pay $20 per paycheck toward the tool package until it is paid in full
- Great option for candidates entering the trade who do not already own a complete set of tools
