What You’ll Be Doing Participating in our structured ride-along training program
Assisting lead technicians with installs, repairs, and maintenance
Installing HVAC systems including mechanical and electronic components
Installing ductwork (flex and sheet metal)
Performing maintenance to ensure safe and efficient system operation
Taking notes, learning daily, and growing your technical skill set
Supporting the Service Manager when assigned
Requirements
Previous experience in a mechanical field
Prior use of hand tools
Valid, clean driver’s license
Reliable transportation to and from work
Ability to lift 50–75 lbs
Available Monday–Friday, Saturdays as needed
Ability to work in a team environment with strong communication
