HVAC Apprentice Service Technician
Recent HVAC Trade School Graduates Encouraged to Apply!
Pay:$17.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM. Occasional evening, weekend, and overtime hours may be required based on customer demand.

You will work alongside experienced technicians while performing preventive maintenance, learning troubleshooting techniques, and delivering outstanding service to residential customers.
This position offers hands-on training, professional development, and a clear path toward becoming a skilled HVAC Service Technician.
Reports To: Service Manager
What You'll Do
- Perform preventive maintenance on residential heating and cooling systems.
- Assist experienced technicians with diagnostics and repairs.
- Inspect HVAC equipment for performance, safety, and efficiency.
- Communicate maintenance findings and recommendations professionally with homeowners.
- Maintain accurate service documentation.
- Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards.
- Keep company vehicles, tools, and work areas organized and professional.
- Participate in ongoing technical and customer service training.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- EPA Universal Certification (required)
- Certificate of completion from an accredited HVAC trade school (required)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools safely
- Able to work from extension ladders up to 28 feet and step ladders up to 12 feet
- Willing to purchase and maintain the tools needed for the position
- Commitment to continuing education through company-sponsored training and industry courses
