What You'll Do
- Ride along with experienced HVAC technicians and learn the trade firsthand.
- Assist with servicing, maintaining, and repairing residential heating and cooling systems.
- Learn how to diagnose HVAC problems and recommend solutions.
- Perform preventative maintenance on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and indoor air quality equipment.
- Help keep tools, equipment, and vehicles clean and organized.
- Deliver outstanding customer service on every visit.
- Follow safety procedures while learning industry best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license.
- EPA Certification or a Massachusetts Plumbing Apprentice Card.
- Mechanically inclined and eager to learn.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Reliable, hardworking, and dependable.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoors.
