What You’ll Be Doing:
- Diagnose, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems in residential settings.
- Perform regular maintenance to ensure systems are running efficiently and prevent future breakdowns.
- Test systems after service to ensure everything is working properly.
- Build strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service and educating them on their HVAC systems.
- Record the age and type of each system component and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in residential HVAC service.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems.
- A customer-focused attitude and excellent communication skills.
- A clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
- Physical ability to meet the demands of the position.
- A professional and reliable work ethic.
