HVAC Building Maintenance Tech

Seeking experienced HVAC Building Maintenance Technician to support two corporate facilities in Arlington and Fort Worth.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong commercial HVAC experience who also enjoys a well-rounded building maintenance role.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections and repairs on commercial HVAC equipment

• Troubleshoot and maintain building systems

• Assist with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and general facility repairs

• Complete routine property and safety inspections

• Maintain preventative maintenance and safety documentation

• Help ensure facilities remain safe, clean and properly maintained

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of commercial HVAC experience

• VRF experience strongly preferred

• General building/facilities maintenance experience

• Knowledge of manual and electrical hand tools

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with ability to travel between Arlington and Fort Worth locations

• Ability to work a flexible schedule when needed

• High school diploma or GED
