    We are looking for a results-driven HVAC Comfort Advisor to join our team. This role focuses on consultative sales, system design, and managing HVAC projects from initial consultation to completion.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct customer consultations and assess HVAC needs
    • Present and sell system solutions (good/better/best options)
    • Prepare clear and accurate proposals
    • Coordinate with operations and installation teams
    • Ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction
    • Maintain CRM records and track sales pipeline
