Cloud Comfort HVAC is hiring a driven HVAC Comfort Advisor & In-Home Sales Consultant who enjoys meeting homeowners, understanding what matters to them, and helping them choose the right heating and cooling solutions.

This role is ideal for an experienced salesperson who performs well in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and wants strong earning potential tied directly to performance.

About the Role

As an HVAC Comfort Advisor, you will meet directly with homeowners to assess their comfort needs, discuss available HVAC options, and recommend solutions that fit their home, priorities, and budget.

You will represent Cloud Comfort HVAC during in-home consultations, clearly explain the value of high-efficiency systems and services, and guide customers through the buying process with a professional, consultative approach.

This position offers uncapped commission potential, with annual earnings of up to $200,000 for top performers.

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners in their homes to discuss HVAC concerns, comfort goals, and system needs
• Build strong relationships and establish trust through a consultative sales process
• Recommend HVAC solutions based on the customer's property, budget, and priorities
• Explain the benefits of high-efficiency heating and cooling systems in a clear and confident way
• Present Cloud Comfort HVAC products and services professionally
• Follow up consistently with prospective customers and existing opportunities
• Move sales opportunities forward through strong communication and follow-through
• Work toward and exceed individual sales targets
• Stay current on HVAC products, company services, industry developments, and effective sales practices
• Provide an excellent customer experience throughout the consultation and sales process
• Collaborate with the wider Cloud Comfort HVAC team to support customer satisfaction and company growth

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of sales experience
• Consultative or in-home sales experience is strongly preferred
• HVAC industry knowledge is an advantage, but not required; training is provided
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-focused
• Ability to build rapport and trust quickly with homeowners
• Comfortable presenting recommendations and confidently asking for the sale
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
