JOB SUMMARY This position provides customer options, design, and education in the sale of replacement HVAC systems in a residential and light commercial setting.

JOB DUTIES

• Presents HVAC system replacement options
• Presents financing options
• Learns One Hour sales system and ethical practices
• Maintains sales margins in jobs as specified by supervisor
• Conveys a safety-conscious attitude both on the job and while driving
• Wears floor savers while in the clients home
• Maintains company vehicle ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and the outside

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Sales experience required
• HVAC trade experience a plus
• Must display strong communication, listening, and included skills and technical competence
• Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen
• Clean driving record
• Flexible work from home options available

Compensation: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
