Position Overview

As an HVAC Comfort Consultant, you will meet directly with homeowners, assess their comfort needs, and provide customized solutions that align with their goals and budget. This is a consultative sales role focused on building trust, delivering exceptional client experiences, and closing high-value residential replacement and upgrade opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Conduct in-home consultations to evaluate comfort concerns, system performance, and replacement opportunities
  • Recommend HVAC solutions tailored to each homeowner's needs and budget
  • Prepare and present professional proposals and financing options
  • Follow up on leads and manage opportunities through the sales process
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM software
  • Collaborate closely with installation and service teams to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Stay current on HVAC technologies, products, industry trends, and energy-efficiency solutions
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
Qualifications

  • Proven success in residential HVAC sales
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, and installation practices
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to build trust quickly and guide homeowners through purchasing decisions
