We are currently seeking a Commercial HVAC Installer to join our team in Bluefield, WV . If you take pride in hands-on work and quality craftsmanship, this is a great opportunity to grow your HVAC career.
What You'll Do
As a Commercial HVAC Installer, you will install commercial and industrial heating and cooling systems while maintaining high standards of safety and performance. Key responsibilities include:
Install HVAC systems including hydronic, steam, forced hot air, and heat pump systems
Follow best practices for mechanical installation and jobsite safety
Perform brazing and soldering work as needed
Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and schematics
Install proper refrigerant piping systems
Assist with basic controls and wiring connections
Utilize tools, equipment, and basic computer systems effectively
Maintain a professional attitude and communicate clearly with team members and customers
What We're Looking For
At least 1 year of HVAC installation or service experience, or equivalent training
Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and documentation skills
Dependable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented
Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including drug screen and background checks as required

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
This is an active, hands-on role in a commercial setting. You can expect:
Work in indoor and outdoor environments with varying conditions
Frequent standing, climbing, bending, and lifting
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Occasional driving between job sites
Exposure to construction materials, tools, and equipment
