We are currently seeking a Commercial HVAC Installer to join our team in Winchester, VA . If you have strong mechanical skills and take pride in quality workmanship, we encourage you to apply.

What You'll Do

As a Commercial HVAC Installer, you will install and support commercial and industrial HVAC systems while maintaining high standards of safety and performance. Responsibilities include:

Install HVAC systems including hydronic, steam, forced hot air, and heat pumps

Maintain high standards of mechanical installation practices

Perform brazing and soldering as needed

Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and schematics

Install and support proper refrigerant piping systems

Assist with basic system controls and wiring

Use tools, equipment, and basic computer systems effectively

Maintain a professional demeanor and communicate clearly with team members and customers

What We're Looking For

At least 1 year of HVAC installation or service experience, or equivalent training

Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good communication and documentation skills

Dependable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented

Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including drug screen and background checks as required

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands-on role in a commercial setting. You can expect:

Work in indoor and outdoor environments with varying conditions

Frequent standing, climbing, bending, and lifting

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Occasional driving between job sites

Exposure to construction materials, tools, and equipment
