We are currently seeking a Commercial HVAC Technician to join our team in Greensboro, NC . If you enjoy hands-on work, solving problems, and delivering excellent service, we encourage you to apply.

What You'll Do

As a Commercial HVAC Technician, you will play a key role in installing, maintaining, and servicing commercial and industrial HVAC systems. Responsibilities include: Install and maintain HVAC systems including hydronic, steam, forced hot air, and heat pumps Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment efficiently and accurately Perform preventive maintenance to maximize system performance and lifespan Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and professionalism

What We're Looking For

1 to 5 years of HVAC service or installation experience, or equivalent training and education Experience servicing, diagnosing, repairing, and installing HVAC systems EPA or CFC Certification required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and documentation skills Dependable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented Ability to pass pre-employment screening including drug screen and background checks as required

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

This is a hands-on role in a commercial setting. You can expect: Work in indoor and outdoor conditions with varying temperatures and environments Frequent standing, climbing, bending, and lifting Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Occasional travel or extended time in a vehicle depending on jobsite needs Exposure to construction materials, equipment, and tools Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
