What You'll Do
As a Commercial HVAC Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining and servicing commercial and industrial systems to ensure optimal performance. Responsibilities include:
Maintain and service HVAC systems including hydronic, steam, forced hot air, and heat pumps
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues accurately and efficiently
Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
Perform preventive maintenance to maximize system performance and lifespan
Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and professionalism
What We're Looking For
Experience in HVAC service and maintenance or equivalent vocational training preferred
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Good communication and documentation skills
Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
Ability to pass pre-employment screening including drug screen and background checks as required

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
This is a hands-on role in a commercial setting. You can expect:
Work in indoor and outdoor environments with varying weather conditions
Frequent standing, climbing, bending, and lifting
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Occasional driving between job sites
Exposure to typical construction materials and equipment
