If you can set it, pipe it, wire it, start it, and stand behind it, you’re who we’re looking for. We’re adding an experienced HVAC pro with a strong mechanical foundation. Commercial veterans and residential installers aiming to move into commercial work are both encouraged to apply. This is a long-term opportunity tied to performance and reliability across multiple projects.

Can You Say “Yes” To These?

• Install rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, and VRF systems—neatly and to spec
• Handle equipment start-up and commissioning without hand-holding
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair issues quickly and accurately
• Swap compressors, control boards, and other critical components with confidence
• Maintain existing systems and complete preventive maintenance
• Meet safety codes, site rules, and industry standards—every time
• Communicate clearly with project managers and crew members

Must-Haves

• 5+ years of HVAC experience
• Strong diagnostic/troubleshooting skill set
• Independent work style; able to manage commissioning procedures
• EPA Certification
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Basic hand tools provided by you
