Job Summary

Vander Hyde Mechanical is seeking an experienced HVAC Construction Foreman to lead commercial HVAC installation projects from start to finish. This role is vital in ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The HVAC Construction Foreman will coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients while supervising on-site teams to deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead HVAC installation crews on commercial construction projects
• Coordinate daily work activities and monitor project progress
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards
• Collaborate with project managers on scheduling and project execution
• Manage materials, equipment, and project documentation
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure all work complies with industry standards and safety regulations
• Maintain detailed records of daily progress, safety incidents, and material usage for project documentation purposes

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising construction HVAC installation projects
• Strong blueprint reading and project coordination skills and schematics interpretation
• Knowledge of construction management software (Procore, Autodesk, or similar preferred)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong understanding of OSHA safety requirements
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and productivity
