Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise HVAC installation crews on construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, project specifications, and schedules.
• Coordinate daily activities, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project milestones efficiently.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation processes accurately.
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment, utilizing construction management software such as ProCore or AutoDesk for tracking and documentation.
• Conduct quality control inspections using tools like ohmmeters and ensure all work complies with industry standards and safety regulations such as OSHA.
• Collaborate with your project managers on scheduling.
• Ensure all construction activities meet safety standards, conducting regular site safety audits and enforcing OSHA compliance.
• Maintain detailed records of daily progress, safety incidents, and material usage for project documentation purposes.

Skills

• Proven management experience in construction supervision with a focus on HVAC systems installation.
• Strong knowledge of construction management software including ProCore, AutoDesk, and other relevant tools.
• Expertise in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and project scheduling.
• Skilled in time management, construction flow, and the ability to identify problems
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with field staff, subcontractors, and construction managers.
• Safety-conscious mindset with thorough understanding of OSHA regulations and site safety protocols.
