We are seeking a skilled HVAC Control Systems (BAS) Technician to join our dynamic team in Jacksonville, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of building automation systems (BAS) that optimize HVAC performance and enhance energy efficiency. Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain building automation systems for HVAC applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BAS and HVAC control systems.
• Perform regular system audits and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with engineering and facility management teams to implement energy-saving initiatives.
• Provide technical support and training to staff on BAS operations and best practices.
• Document all service activities and maintain accurate records of system configurations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC control technologies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree in HVAC, electronics, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience with building automation systems and HVAC controls.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose complex system issues.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to HVAC systems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites as needed.
• Certifications in HVAC or BAS systems are a plus.
