Job Type: Full-timeWorkplace Type: RemoteOffice Location: Work within a geography, DMV areaFLSA Status: Non-Exempt Status: Union What you will do:Provide wiring and termination support to low voltage electrical subcontractors Provide as-built editing to internal project engineersProvide sense of urgency toward the completion of controls projectsReview, research, and study project documentsCoordinate completion of projectsProvide controls to electrical subcontractors with termination clarificationCoordinate as-built drawingsProvide as-built editing and set point informationMaintain a skill level for system start-up and troubleshooting of Tracer products, electronic controls, and pneumaticsProvide Team Leader and Operations Manager with daily electronic time sheets and service ticketsMaintain company vehiclesProvide Team Leader and Operations Manager with product quality controls items to be used for conference calls to the technical teamCommunicate with Project Manager on a continual basis in order to provide timely response for project successCommunicate with Team Leader or Operations Manager in a timely manner on problems that occur outside of their control, and provide written and/or verbal responses within 24 hoursOther duties as assigned What we're looking for:Completion of 5-year apprenticeship program or equivalent combination of experience and educationMust have a minimum one Journeyman license within MD, DC, VA, and must have MD and DC within six months of hireMust have OSHA 30 within 6 months of hireNiagara 4 certification is a plusKnowledge of Trane service tools is a plusMust be fluent with MS Office, Outlook and product-specific programming language Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving recordStrong communication skills, problem solver, detailed, thorough, reliable, self-motivated, deadline-oriented Physical Requirements:Frequent visits and mobility within the office and job sitesAbility to safely drive a commercial van loaded with tools in busy DC trafficAbility to climb ladders, bend and kneel for extended periods of time, lift a minimum of 50lbs on a frequent basisBeing able to work indoors and outdoors through all seasonal changes We offer:Excellent pay and benefitsGreat and supportive work environmentProfessional training and growthGenerous educational assistance programRecognition and outstanding co-workers!
