We run a tight operation: jobs are planned before you roll, trucks are stocked, materials show up, and expectations are clear. What You'll Be Doing

• Leading installs of furnaces, AC systems, ductless mini-splits, and other HVAC equipment
• Residential installs plus design-bid commercial projects (real variety, not the same job every day)
• Running your crew and owning the quality of the finished work
• Design-bid commercial projects
• Keeping job sites and finished installs looking professional
• Monday-Friday schedule with a staggered on-call rotation shared across all field techs (and we actively discourage after-hours calls; your evenings are yours)

Who We're Looking For

You're a professional, and you know it. You take pride in how a finished job looks, not just whether it runs. You hold your crew to that same standard without being asked. Here, that pride pays: job bonuses reward the installers who hustle and finish clean.

The must-haves:

• 3+ years of HVAC install experience (firm requirement; this is not an apprentice role)
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Experience leading or mentoring on job sites is a big plus

If you’re light on experience or don’t care how the finished job looks, unfortunately this one isn’t for you. We’re hiring people who already know the standard.
