JOB DUTIES
You’ll answer inbound calls and place outbound calls to convert existing & prospective customers into confirmed service, maintenance, and sales appointments. Our call center is open Monday-Saturday. Our agents work a combination of a Monday through Friday, 8AM-5PM or 10AM-7PM schedule that includes rotation of Saturday (8AM-5PM) and evening (5PM-7PM) coverage.
