Gillette Heating & Air is hiring a highly organized, customer-focused HVAC Customer Service and Schedule Coordinator to support our growing team in Spanish Fork. Compensation & Benefits:

What You'll Do:
Serve as a central point of communication for customers and technicians by scheduling service appointments, coordinating daily calendars, dispatching technicians, answering customer inquiries, managing inbound calls, supporting office operations, and helping create a seamless customer experience from start to finish.

What We're Looking For:
• 2+ years of customer service, scheduling, dispatching, or administrative experience
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services industry experience preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
• Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using scheduling software, phone systems, and office platforms
• ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred
