HVAC Customer Service Representative

$19-24 hourly | Virginia Beach, VA | Local-Owned

Mechollage, founded in 2009, is a veteran-owned HVAC company built on integrity and dedication. We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team.

In this role, you'll answer incoming calls, schedule service appointments, and help deliver an outstanding customer experience for our customers.

What You'll Do:

  • Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and friendly manner
  • Schedule service, maintenance, and installation appointments
  • Coordinate appointment availability with customers and internal teams
  • Accurately enter customer information and job details into company software
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding services, scheduling, and basic account information
  • Make outbound calls to confirm appointments and follow up with customers as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and scheduling updates
  • Assist with membership, maintenance, and customer outreach campaigns
  • Communicate effectively with technicians and office staff to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Support general administrative and customer service functions as assigned

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years or more of customer service or scheduling experience is required
  • Experience working in a CSR, call center, scheduling, or customer support role is required
  • Experience in the HVAC, home services, or skilled trades industry is preferred
  • Experience using Service Titan or similar service management software is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive mindset with a passion for working with customers
