Compensation & Schedule
Spectrum AC offers competitive hourly pay based on experience, with opportunities for overtime and long-term wage growth as you advance within the company. Full-time schedule is Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime based on business demands.

About the Role
As an HVAC Delivery Driver & Install Helper, you will be responsible for safely transporting HVAC equipment, materials, and supplies to residential and commercial job sites while assisting installation and service teams with loading, unloading, job preparation, and general field support. You will help maintain warehouse organization, ensure accurate deliveries, and gain valuable hands-on experience in HVAC systems and operations. This role is designed for individuals who want to build a future in the skilled trades while contributing immediately to company success.
What You'll Do
Safely deliver HVAC equipment and materials to job sites, assist installers and service technicians with project preparation, load and unload equipment, maintain warehouse organization, support field operations, follow safety procedures, ensure accurate documentation, maintain company vehicle standards, and actively learn HVAC systems and installation processes for future advancement.
