What do I need to bring to the role?
- High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC trade training is a plus.
- Current HVAC technician license and relevant certifications.
- Field experience as an HVAC technician or similar position.
- Hands-on knowledge of HVAC systems, instruments, and installation techniques.
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work solo on service calls and collaborate with the wider team.
