HVAC Dispatcher

Deep Blue Air & Water is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced HVAC Dispatcher to join our fast-paced team!

Requirements:

 AT LEAST 3 YEARS as an HVAC DISPATCHER - MANDATORY
FieldEdge or Service Titan experience is a HUGE plus
Knowledge of permitting processes
QuickBooks experience preferred
Strong communication & organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
Positive attitude and team-player mentality

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling and dispatching service technicians
• Coordinating maintenance, service, and install calls
• Assisting with permits and office coordination
• Communicating with customers and technicians throughout the day
• Managing workflow and helping keep operations running smoothly

Pay & Benefits:

$22–$28/hour (depending on experience)
