The ideal candidate would be someone who has dispatching experience in the construction or HVAC field!

POSITION SUMMARY:

If you enjoy a fast paced work environment with little down time, this is the job for you!

• Provide top level customer service to both external and internal customers.
• Everyday engagement with both customers and field technicians to ensure ETAs are met and customers needs are taken care of

JOB DUTIES:

• Route and schedule field technicians to meet customers demands'
• Ensure parts needed are ordered and stocked for various HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Field customer questions/calls to ensure expectations are met
• Update customer websites/portals on a daily basis
• Work with technicians and management utilizing teamwork to accomplish goals
• Ensure technicians needs are met daily

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong customer service and people skills
• Highly organized
• Able to thrive in high pressure situations
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
