Absolute Heating & Air, in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking a full-time HVAC Dispatcher to join our dispatching team. We offer a competitive pay range of $50,000 - $90,000/year, including performance bonuses, and commissions. The right qualified candidate may have the opportunity to work remotely from home. You will handle inbound calls, create new accounts, and book jobs while ensuring top-notch customer service. You will follow up on open jobs and estimates, working closely with team members to meet client needs promptly. Out bounding to fill the schedule, and to schedule return visits. A dispatch close out process that follows a check list to make sure the technicians close out a job appropriately and meets all of the requirements.YOUR HOURSYou will work full-time from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. There is flexibility to start earlier, work later, or take on weekend shifts if desired.REQUIREMENTS FOR AN HVAC DISPATCHERRequired:Strong dispatching experience and background ServiceTitan experience is a must.
