HVAC Dispatcher Location: Rancho Cordova, CA Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour depending on experience and skills You enjoy fast-paced environments, take ownership of your work, and feel confident making decisions that keep things moving. Calls come in, schedules shift, priorities change and you’re able to respond quickly while staying organized and focused. Staying ahead of the workload and keeping everything on track gives you a sense of accomplishment. You’re comfortable making real-time decisions and adjusting plans as needed, while keeping communication clear and professional. You take pride in staying in control of the schedule and ensuring everyone involved is aligned. Details matter to you. In this role, you’ll coordinate service calls, manage the schedule, and serve as the central point of communication between customers and technicians.
