What You'll Do
- Fabricate and install residential ductwork and sheet metal systems
- Install HVAC equipment (furnaces, ACs, heat pumps)
- Read layouts and ensure proper airflow and system performance
- Maintain clean, professional job sites
- Support and guide junior installers when needed
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of HVAC install experience (strong sheet metal/ductwork skills)
- Experience with residential/light commercial systems
- Ability to read layouts and build clean, efficient duct systems
- Solid understanding of codes, safety, and installation best practices
- Leadership ability or interest in mentoring others
- Valid driver's license with insurable record
- Comfortable working at heights and using tools/equipment
