What will you do?

• Assist senior technicians with end-to-end duct cleaning in single-family homes.
• Practice explaining the duct cleaning steps so homeowners know exactly what to expect.
• Develop working knowledge of our full product and service lineup.
• Gain confidence accessing HVAC equipment safely and properly.
• Help with removing, cleaning, and reinstalling registers and grilles.
• Complete daily check-in/check-out, vehicle inspections, and documentation with care.

Who should apply?

• Those with HVAC education/experience (preferred) or strong interest in learning.
• Applicants with a valid driver’s license.
• Clear background check, Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), and drug screen
• Great communicators who enjoy educating customers and providing options.
• Detail-oriented teammates who prioritize safety.
• Independent self-starters who also collaborate well.
